PET flame retardant masterbatch (polyethylene terephthalate flame retardant masterbatch) is also called flame retardant masterbatch, fireproof masterbatch, special functional masterbatch and functional additive. It is a halogen-free and environmentally friendly additive flame retardant masterbatch designed for PET materials. It has high flame retardant performance, low addition amount, high temperature resistance, excellent processing fluidity, high compatibility with resin, and minimal effect on the physical properties of the product. The 5μ wire can reach the flame retardant grade UL94-V0. This product fully complies with the requirements of the EU RoHS and REACH directives, ensuring its environmental safety.

Product application
1. Reduce costs by blending with aramid fibers
30% PET fire-retardant fiber replaces aramid in the production of fire resistant clothing for fire protection products.
2. Fire retardant fabric and transparent fire retardant film

3. Flame retardant fiber/sound insulation cotton/filling
Usage Suggestions
Drying Conditions: It is recommended to dry the material at 110℃ for 8-10 hours to ensure optimal performance.
Precautions: Avoid using it with calcium carbonate to prevent the flame retardant effect.
Processing Temperature Adjustment: Since the addition of flame retardant components may reduce the melting point of PET chips, it is suggested to lower the processing temperature by 10-15℃ accordingly.

This product is packed in paper bags, 25kg.
Storage and Usage suggestions
Ventilated, and dry place.
From the time of delivery and shipment, the storage time should not exceed 12 months.
Before use, adjust water content to the requirements of technical process.s
