For the prescription of construction material, it can be used
2) cement-base tiles & bricks and basic bonding
3) gypsum plate-based stucco;
4) cement-based stucco constructure;
5) the formulas of paint and paint remover.
HPMC product features
(1).Salt resistance: HPMC is non-ionic cellulose ether, not polyelectrolyte, so it is relatively stable in aqueous solutions when
metal salt or organic electrolyte is available, but excessive electrolyte can produce gel and sediment.
(2).Surface activity: HPMC solution has the function of surface activity, which can be used as colloid protecting agent, emulsifying agent and dispersant.
(3). Thermal gelation: HPMC solution can become .opaque and produce gel and sediment when it is heated to a certain temperature,but it will be restored to its initial solution state during continuous cooling. The temperature that forms gel and sediment mainly depends on its type, concentration and heating rate.
(4). PH stability: acid or alkaline conditions almost cannot affect the viscosity of HPMC solution, and PH value is relatively
stable in the range of 3.0-11.0
(5). Water retentivity: HPMC is a kind of water preserving agent with high efficiency. It is widely used in ceramics, building
material and many other aspects.
(6). Cohesiveness: as a king of cementing material with high property, HPMC is used for paint, paper making, tobacco products and ceramics products.
HPMC product description
(1). Hot water method: add the amount of 1/3 or 2/3 water needed in the container, heat to over 80°℃. As not dissolve in the hot water, HPMC is distributed evenly in the hot water at the beginning of dissolution; add remaining cold water or ice water into hot-water slurry, and then stir and cool it.
(2). Power fixed method: HPMC powder particles and equivalent or even larger amount of other power can be dispersed well by dry-blending, then dissolve it with water. At the moment, HPMC can dissolve but not condensate
(3). Organic solvent wetting method: pour HPMC into organic solvent. For example, alcohol, glycol or oil is pre-dispersed or wetted, then dissolve it with water; HPMC also can be smoothly dissolved.
