Toxicity of morpholine

Morpholine is a toxic substance, and workers should not inhale morpholine vapor. At work, workers need to wear protective clothing to isolate contact. In case of accidental skin contact with morpholine, workers need to immediately take off their clothes contaminated with poison and wash them with flowing water. After that, the poisoned person should be sent to a doctor for treatment. If the worker's eyes contact morpholine, wash them with water immediately.

 If workers accidentally ingest morpholine, they should immediately gargle with water and drink milk or egg white. If workers accidentally inhale morpholine, they should be immediately transferred to a fresh air place. If the poisoning and breathing difficulties occur, they should be treated with oxygen. If an accident occurs to a worker or at work, seek medical advice immediately.
