Because cyclohexylamine is irritating to the skin and has mutagenicity to the human body, the workers in daily work contact should wear direct gas mask (half mask), chemical safety goggles, anti-corrosion work clothes, rubber oil-resistant gloves and airtight operation in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

The operation site is well ventilated; Operators should wear work clothes, masks and protective gloves, and bathe and change clothes after work.

Precautions for operation: close operation, pay attention to ventilation. Operators must receive special training and strictly abide by the operating procedures.

Pay attention to ventilation in the working environment and avoid kindling and heat sources. No smoking sign and cyclohexylamine occupational hazard notice card shall be set up in the workplace. In terms of storage, the temperature of the warehouse shall not exceed 30 ℃ and be ventilated.

The storage containers should be kept sealed and should not be mixed with acids and edible chemicals. Explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities shall be adopted. The workplace and warehouse shall be equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment.
