Battery level NMP

Under the market-oriented emphasis on higher energy density, the performance improvement of N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) is receiving more and more attention.

NMP is a colorless transparent oil with high boiling point, excellent solubility, low volatility, strong selectivity, good thermal stability and strong hygroscopicity. It can be used to dissolve PVDF of positive electrode binder and carbon nanotubes for lithium battery. The diffusion liquid of the conductive paste (CNT) affects the coating quality/effect and improves the energy density of the lithium battery, respectively. NMP plays an important role in the production of lithium batteries.
